• The 12 series modular framework of the AY Vinyasa system

• How to build a practice that suits your needs as a teacher and your student's needs in class. Use this structured system to create functional and versatile classes for any level of student. 

• Why it works. and why it goes beyond just asana. As teachers, we need something to connect with. Learn both the physical and theoretical concepts of the practice.

• How to create a ritual with 4 Foundational Practices: The Full Solar Practice, The Set, Beginners Practice, and examples of creative sequencing using AY principles.

• Open access to more than 50 lessons, including PDF sequence guides, audio lessons, full classes, and detailed asana workshops online.
